Majbritt Kibsgaard studied law at the University of Zürich. After graduating, she worked as a scientific assistant for a professorship at the Faculty of Law and at the District Court of Zürich. Following, she gained valuable experiences as a legal counsel in the Legal Department of the Dean's Office at the Faculty of Law in Zürich. Thereafter she was promoted to the co/chief-manager of the Dean's Office at the Faculty of Law in Zürich. She has completed an education to become a mediator. Thereafter she was working as a lawyer for different departments at the City of Baden and Zürich.

Majbritt Kibsgaard is responsible for the drafting and negotiation of research contracts.
